NCIRS produces annual national immunisation coverage reports to highlight important trends and issues in vaccine coverage in Australia. These reports provide a detailed summary of childhood vaccine coverage (including at standard milestone ages and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, timeliness of vaccination, and small area vaccine coverage data), and in recent years, have been progressively expanding information on adolescent and adult vaccine coverage.

NCIRS undertakes program evaluation to understand the successes and challenges associated with the implementation of a vaccination program and the impact of the program on disease burden. Many of our evaluation reports include vaccine coverage data.
