In the past few years, an increasing number of vaccines have been made available direct to the public from community pharmacies as a result of changes in legislation that allow appropriately trained pharmacists to administer vaccines.
However, which vaccines can be administered, who can get these vaccines and if the vaccine is free depends on a number of factors and varies by location. We have created a resource that aims to answer these questions by providing a guide of what is permissible in each state and territory.

We have developed a COVID-19 vaccine specific resource that outlines which vaccines and age groups have been approved for vaccination in pharmacies or by pharmacists under the respective state/territory legislation and regulations.
