National Vaccination Insights project – report 2025

The first comprehensive report from the National Vaccination Insights project identifies key parental barriers to timely childhood vaccination and presents strategies to address the concerning declines in vaccine uptake observed since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Informed by a national survey of 2,000 parents and input from immunisation stakeholders, the report pinpoints the main causes of declining childhood vaccination coverage and delivers evidence-based, practical strategies to guide policy and program design aimed at improving vaccination access and acceptance.
