Immunisation for individuals with additional needs – Practical guide

Some individuals may experience difficulties with the vaccination process, but with additional support and practice adjustments, these individuals can often be successfully vaccinated in the primary healthcare setting.  

NCIRS has produced a practical guide to support immunisation providers to vaccinate individuals with additional needs. The guide provides practical advice including clinical considerations, practice adjustments and what to do next if vaccination was not successful.
